Return requested stating the item was not as described

Hello all

I had a return request stating that the item was not as described.

The item was exactly as discribed and exactly as shown in the pictures.

I refunded the money as soon as the item was returned of course, but I notice now that I have a mark against me showing an item was not as described.

Can this be removed or is it something a seller just has to put up with when a buyer decides he doesn't want the item he gets?

In my mind all he had to do was say he didn't like the item and it could have been returned, and I wouldn't have the mark against me for a statement that wasn't correct.

Sorry to be a nuisance but still trying to learn all about this internet stuff 🙂
