Question Removed items in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

I have ordered and paid for two items I have since had two emails saying the item I won has been removed I have not received either item it won't let me track it or contact seller what does this mean ? Thank u .

The seller has probably been suspended by eBay and the item removed. You can open a case direct with Paypal to get your money back.

Log into your Paypal account and click on "Resolve a problem in the Resolution Centre" on the lefthand side. Open a "Not received" case and escalate it to a claim asap within 20 days.

Hello,

If the item or seller has been removed by eBay, it may not be for sinister reasons, and your item passes item last estimated date for delivery and does not reach you then you can open a case with Paypal.

Log into your PP account and on the left select Resolve a Problem. Open a case for item not received and escalate immediately or within 2 days for a refund.
