    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Need some advise, purchased from china, item not receive, contacted seller and got replies, still no item.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Raised&amp;nbsp; a resolution, seller got back and asked for another 5 day for postage to arrive, if no item receive&amp;nbsp; please close resolution&amp;nbsp;and message me for refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because resolution was closed Ebay does not want to know, even worse, if i go back to purchase history and view the original listing, the images have change and the pricing???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;seller&amp;nbsp;added notes,&amp;nbsp;is now asking for additional money £8 odd, the item was £9.99 plus £3.98 postage ie, £13.86 duly paid via Paypal&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anybody else experienced this type of scam.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; George&lt;/P&gt;</description>
