    <description>&lt;P&gt;i recently sold an item, which had a fault, it was not in the description of the item, and returns not accepted, the buyer telephoned me after receiving it and was about to very rudely demanded a refund,&amp;nbsp; which i usually do without quibble on my sales, he returned the item and i refunded the monies paid plus postage,he left negative feedback which was altered to positive feedback, was this refund appliable by the buyer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;nineelmslane&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No returns is for change of mind not damaged/mis described items. If an item is damaged you have to accept a return and refund in full, including return postage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In your case though, being a business although not registered, you can't have no returns, you have to allow returns for change of mind, up to a full year, by law, as you haven't bothered to do things properly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
