Faulty and Used Item

Hi All

I need some help and advice on a pair of hair curlers I bought from a seller on ebay. They were listed as new, unused and boxed but when I received them they were clearly used as the buttons were worn and there were hairs stuck in it and scuffs all over it, see pics below. Anyway I sent a message to the seller who then became very rude and defensive and refused to send me a return address or take the item back. I have opened a returns case but ass the seller says is that they will not take the item back!

To add to it all they are also defective an the buttons that are supposed to make it turn don't work!!

What do I do now?

Please help..

Looks well used to me, follow through with the return, if they do not issue the label escalate the case on day 8 and ebay will issue the label for you, if they refuse the return then ebay will give you a refund and you get to keep the item.
