    <description>&lt;P&gt;A buyer makes a purchase of an item from a private seller.The buyer sends a message for the item to be sent in double quick time to&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ensure the item is received in time for birthday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The seller makes exceptional effort and the item is received by the buyer within 48hrs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The buyer confirms that nothing is wrong with the item but that they no longer nee the item and makes a&amp;nbsp;refund request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the seller is forced to accept this request he wil leave Ebay for good and cancel his account.What advise can you give in this matter?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
