    <description>Hi, bought and paid for an item this morning. The seller has just messaged me to say his email address in PayPal is wrong and funds haven't gone through so he wants me to cancel my transaction in PayPal and then he'll invoice me. Firstly is it ok to do that? And secondly will the refund be immediate as I can't afford to pay out twice? Thanks</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;View the transaction details in your PayPal account, if there's a cancel button the refund will be immediate, if not, advise your seller to ask here for help.&amp;nbsp; The seller simply sending an invoice won't work, the payment will simply go to the wrong email address again, they'd have to send you a PayPal payment request, of course you'd then have no access to the eBay money back guarantee but you would still be covered by PayPal buyer protection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
