    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi folks.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i returned an item back to the seller because it was fake. The seller claimed not to know this &amp;amp; said he was selling it for a friend. Ebay postal label was used &amp;amp; the item has arrived back with the seller. Indeed, the seller has confirmed this, &amp;amp; emailed me to say he will issue a refund "once he's worked out how to do so." The returned item was received by the seller 9 days ago but he is yet to make the refund. I'm getting a tad **bleep**&amp;nbsp;off now. How should I handle this now? Can anyone help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you put the tracking number from the postage label that eBay supplied you with into the returns request/dispute?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so, there should be an option&amp;nbsp;to escalate this to eBay, who will force a refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
