    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Over the last few months, we have had several issues with customers leaving us Neg or Neutral feedback because they have had no response to messages they have sent to us. I have reported this to eBay each time and they just keep telling me that there is no technical issue with the message system. They are basically saying that the customer's have not sent any messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why would the buyers say they'd sent messages when they hadn't? We have had the same issues with buyers not receiving our sent messages also, but again, eBay insist there isn't any issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can so many customer's have the same issue or lie about the same thing if there isn't a problem? Most buyers are fine to sort out problems once we contact them and are only angry because they never received a reply, but we shouldn't be in this situation at all and eBay seems to be washing their hands of any responsibility.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
