cancel a item

Hi I change my mind about the item I won , I contact the seller with time before the auction finish and ask him to cancel my bid. He says he couldn't

the item is in my basket but he RELIST the item again wich Im happy with.

How I get rid of that item in my basket?

it says unpaid item when the seller is relisting again.

Please help.

It is up to the seller to decide what to do

They should not really relist until your sale is sorted

The seller could send a cancellation request for you to agree too

Most would not do that they would open a non payment dispute and went closed you get a non payment strike on your account

When you bid and do not complete the purchase it costs a seller time and money

If the seller cancels the sale the item will show as unpaid on your ebay page for a while due to ebays programming

It will eventually disappear
