    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ref: 251960722639&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear Sir / Madam&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is not what I asked ebay to do. I asked ebay&amp;nbsp;to show a way of invoicing the buyer with additional postage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The buyer suggested to pay the additional postage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe that your refund policy doesnt apply to this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Technically the buyer received the item.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I demand partial refund. I wasted &amp;nbsp;my time and money on posting process and postage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is unfair.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I didnt do anything wrong.&amp;nbsp;I sent the item immediately. Yet the buyer claims that he didnt get a card from Royal Mail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How? ebay customer services and the buyer wasted my time. I protest ebays decision.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why am I being punished for?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whom ebay is protecting exactly? everything is not just black and white.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yasemin&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
