Global Shipping Program Costs To Customer?

I sell items currently from my website and I would like to know if it would be better selling them via eBay but I cannot find any info as to how much my customers will be charged for shipping on the items I am selling if using the Global Shipping Program. Is there a way of finding this out i.e. how much shipping a customer in Germany would have to pay to buy my item which when parcelled up weighs 1.6kg and measures 50cm x 40cm x 5cm

There does not seem to be.

All you know is what the postage is when you send your items as normal too the hub which is the UK postage price

Ebay charges the extra to the buyer but there does not seem to be any guidelines escept that most reports are that it is very expensive for the buyer.

That is their choice though

you can sell through ebay and not use the Global Shipping Program

you just set your own overseas postage costs, that way the buyer doesn't have to pay the ridiculous fees that ebay charge.
