In recent weeks, three last-minute biddings have failed to register. Ebay tells me to increase my bid &nbsp;but &nbsp;the final bid was always less than what I had offered as my maximun.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>The frequency with which this is happening now is making me to wonder if ebay has changed the rules. I have not changed my prefered method of bidding since I joined ebay.
