I paid him a substantial sum of money using my PayPal account.</P> <P>He said the engine would be shipped within a few days of my settling the bill. The problem is I have had no confirmation of the sale and no tracking info has been given. All I have is the email that was used for the transaction as I have mislaid the theephone number the I first called.
