Question Unfair feedback, can it be removed??? in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

I made a genuine listing error by advertising a two pound coin as a buy it now for 0.99p, I meant to list it as an auction. I noticed my error about an hour after the listing when a buyer purchased it. I immediately notified the buyer with my apologies and my reasons for cancellation, refunded him his money and cancelled the order. He replied with a message of his understanding but then left negative feedback.

I have made a request to ebay via 'report this buyer' section as there didn't seem to be any obvious way to request the feedback be removed. I don't think it warrants him being reported and made my query obvious it was soley about the feedback.

I fully understand the buyers frustrations, however given the item had only been listed for barely an hour and other than being an error would like to think my apologies and reasons for the cancellation one would understand it's quite apparent I made an error and any negative feedback would be seen as unjust, its not as if I had sold an item via auction and didn't get the amount I expected at auction end of which I have seen happen many times in the past, then understandably a seller can expect justified negative feedback but in this case I feel that as a human I made a mistake and would like to think ebay will remove the negative feedback but quite how is a bit of a myth at the moment.
