      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;Open a case - if not already done - for "not as described".&amp;nbsp; Get a refund [in full from seller] and then if you still trust him buy the correct item.&amp;nbsp; As peaseblosson implies&amp;nbsp; it is always best to go for refund not replacement.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
