hi there,

i need some advice on replacing an item that was sent incorrectly to me but the seeler refused to replace the correct item instead he is asking me to pay more to get the item i have already paid in full..his listing is misleading and not clear.. ihave message hin b4 buying the item thinking im buying the correct item but he has sent a different size item for me..he willing to refund but not replacing the correct item..how should i deal with him...i have open a request to return because there is no option to replace?

Open a case - if not already done - for "not as described". Get a refund [in full from seller] and then if you still trust him buy the correct item. As peaseblosson implies it is always best to go for refund not replacement.
