reporting an abusive sellers message

After leaving negative feedback for a seller (non abusive feedback) the seller reposnded with abuse via eBay messages, how do I go about reporting this, eBay's help pages lead you on a merry go round when you search for anywhere to report anything.

I have previously asked this a day or so ago, and a member left a link in reply, but the link again, only leads me on a merry go round through eBay's help pages with more links, but no link to a page that will allow me to make a report at all, I was unable to reply to the member, who replied to me, because there was no reply box or link to do so.

I have tried from the report link on the item page, but none of the drop down menu's seem to be appropriate for the complaint I wish to make, so exactly where do I find what I am looking for.

It seems to me that eBay makes reporting anything very difficult, and does not want to know if anyone has a complaint,
