hi.....i sold a pottery figure and the buyer wants to return it saying the pits in the pottery i clearly pointed out and photographed.. she says one is a hole /chip. i know it isn't, as i donate all funds to a local jospice i am sadly now out of pocket if i have to refund AND pay for return. i honestly believe she has read the description as Ladrau and not Ladrau like figurine. I have asked for a photo of the damage and of course if it is damaged i will refund but if it is the pits i have photographed and described do i really have to accept the return . I notice the correspondence says ' if you refuse return etc' but i dont see the option of refusing the return if it is proven that i have described it correctly. it annoys me so much that im doing my best to collect for my chosen charity yet there are those out there who use ebay as a catalogue try before you buy and pay nothing way. ive donated this month so I now pay for return and refund out of my own pocket. not much i know but Im a pensioner and can well do without this malarky. thankyou in advance for advice.
