    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sent a pair of jeans out basic second class. These jeans were posted in a batch of 32 other parcels which all arrived. I checked my proof of postage with the address and it was correct. I posted them on June 26th so the should have arrived by now. My customer has demanded a refund. How do I deal with this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
