    <description>&lt;P&gt;I started a return to a seller as the item was described as great condition but bits were missing. The return was accepted on 22/6/16 and Ebay said i must return the item within 6 business days. The seller said they had sent me a returns label in the post but I STILL havent received it. I've messaged the seller twice and they said they have sent the label. I'm not sure what to do now??? I definitely have not received the label so how can i return the item within 6 days???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the seller does not respond how can i Alert Ebay that I have not returned the item because although the seller told Ebay they had accepted the return and sent me a label, they clearly have not?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any advice&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should by now have the option to ask ebay to step in..ie escalate the case&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do this and you will receive as part of the dispute a pre paid (charged to the seller) label.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Input the tracking number you get from the post office into the dispute and once attempted delivery is shown you should be refunded&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
