So I opened a new account with my Cyprus address.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>i changed my eBay settings to make my new PayPal account the default one . All worked well for a short while , a few items I bought where charged to the new account .</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>But now eBay have started charging to my old PayPal account .
