sold items being left on my active list.

Does anyone else have the same problem I have?, for about 3yrs now some of my sold items remain on my active listings page, not much of a problem if you remember to check & remove them before doing any editing, in which case, they have remained on my listings as active & in 4 cases have been re-sold, most of my listings are single items, so I have had to disappoint the buyer & cancel the order, for which I am being penalised by eBay. They are aware of the problem & say it's a glitch they are working on, fair enough but it works sometimes just long enough for me to forget to check daily, which is time consuming when you have to check through nearly 200 individual listings, then it starts again, todays was easy as it was 6 items that sold to the same lady & were very similar items. So does anyone know if there is an easier way to check or better still stop the issue completely.
