<title>Question feedback in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE</title>
    <link>https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/Member-To-Member-Support-DO-NOT/feedback/qaq-p/4874777</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;some months ago I had 1 negative feedback from nasty member who lied to get refund but not return postage, I reported to ebay who did nothing, okay !! so my feedback percentage from 1 negative went from 100% to 98.8% however since then I have had 38 positive feedback but percentage has stayed at&amp;nbsp; 98.8, so 1 negative takes 1.2% off but 38 positive gives 0% ????. I have tried to contact ebay but I need to put an item number and because of the time lapse&amp;nbsp; the number does not show up so they cannot deal with my problem.&amp;nbsp;I know they will say this % versus that % multiplied or divided against other %'s but seems a bit unfair for 1 negative feedback, any ideas!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
