    <description>I use eBay app &amp;amp; the PayPal app.&lt;BR /&gt;When I buy on eBay, trying to pay does not work.&lt;BR /&gt;If I click "pay" eBay app prompts "login to PayPal account"&lt;BR /&gt;So I follow the click to PayPal login and can enter either email &amp;amp; password or mobile number and pin. Whichever I choose, always fails.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If I open PayPal app, then input pin, it's logged in instantly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Asking eBay help - go through calls etc they eventually blame PayPal.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If I ask PayPal, they deny any problem their end and say it's eBay. This has occurred for almost 2 years.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Wiped phone reinstalled - no change.&lt;BR /&gt;Checked eBay account details via desktop tried removing elements or incorrect info didn't work. Contacted eBay via phones, advised account was all correct and couldn't see what problem was "must be PayPal" issue &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":see_no_evil_monkey:"&gt;🙈&lt;/span&gt; anyone got ideas?</description>
