Question refund issued 20 mins after a case was opened in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

Customer opened a case and eBay issued a refund and closed the case 20 minuets after it was opened even though eBay states I have 3 business days to respond, I'd already agreed to refund customer once item was returned, the item has not been returned and funds have already left my pay pal account. Is there anything I can do about this?
