Question VeRO using a sledgehammer to crack a nut! in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

I'm deeply disturbed at Caffe Nero for reporting my listing for a 'personalised initials on a rubber stamp with a coffee bean background' as infringing their trademark!

I'm prepared to produce these stamps as novelty items for coffee lovers. The artwork is entirely my own. I designed it myself without a thought to Caffe Nero material. Using a split coffee bean in the background isn't something that's unique to Caffe Nero, and nor is having an oval outer frame around that design.

So I've replied to ebay's VeRO people and am waiting for them to return to me with anything but a canned reply.

I've also emailed the Caffe Nero VeRO identity and await a reply from them into the issues of their legally registered trademark, pointing out to them that they do not even have the featured letter Z anywhere in their name, and that trademarks which monopolize a single letter are frowned upon unless there is a substantially unique artform to the character and a unique font is used (like the MacDonalds famous M trademark).
