Question Insertion fee in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

Hello.

I just don't understand why I have to pay insertion fee when I relisted my item and On the screen it told me I dont have insertion fee to pay (20 insertion fee free). But when it is sold, I can see on my bill the £0.35 has been added. Is it because it's a relisted item??? Is someone can help me with this. Thanks.
