    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought an item that didn't arrive. I opened an Item not Received case. Buyer had forgotten to send the item, which she then did. Item arrived damaged, dirty and mouldy &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":angry_face:"&gt;😠&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Question is, if I try and close the Item not Received case, I get a message saying I won't be able to a case for the same item, but I will need to open a Returns case, as the item was not as described, so that I get both my money and the return postage back. I cannot find anywhere on eBay help that addresses this issue of opening two separate cases for the same item.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has as anyone had the same thing, and how did you resolve it?
