Question NEGATIVE FEEDBACK REMOVAL FOR SELLERS in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

REPLY!

Firstly the item in question was a mobility scooter and therefore the 'disabled' aspect is relevent and not just 'PLAYING THE DISABILITY CARD'!!!

Secondly the item did not take 3-days to be delivered but '3 TIMES' promised delivery dates, meaning i had '3 days' off work and yet item was not delivered on any of these days due to sellers incompetance.

Thank you for allowing me to correct this message.

ORIGINAL MESSAGE!

After problems with a seller not delivering an item and not upholding ebay standards, i left negative feedback (which i still believe they deserve) I then put in a claim through ebay.

The day before i could claim a refund seller decided to deliver, but i had already been informed by citizens advice that i was entitled to compensation for the '3 days of promised delivery not upheld', so i was requesting this via ebay.

I didn't expect that the seller would compensate as they were just 'money-grabbing liars', so was not surprised that ebay closed the claim. What i was shocked about was that ebay felt that it was in customers best interests to remove a negative feedback against the seller that told future buyers how this company treats their disabled customers.

I would like to know why? Why ebay decided to remove a legitimate informational feedback from a 'poor seller'?
