    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi , I had to open an item not as described case after trying to resolve with seller and Ebay have decided in my favour , they gave seller 5 days to provide return postage label which they failed to do ! so I was given a full refund and still have the item .The Chinese seller got in touch to say they want the item back which obviously is fair but they want me to pay for the postage first and once they get it back will pay me for the postage ! The cost will be approx 40 pounds so I am not prepared to take a chance on this and have insisted on them paying first but they keep saying trust us to refund you and send item ! Getting a bit tired of answering messages from them so was wondering where I stand ? Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
