"Sorry we encountered an internal error" when attempting to add a new Followed Search?

Hello

I'm attempting to add a new search to my Followed Searches list. I know I have not hit the maximum limit of searches (yet) but I keep getting the "Sorry we encountered an internal error, please try again later", its been like this for a couple of days now. I have tried clearing the cache, using another browser etc and it makes no difference.

This has happened to me before (and others it seemed) but I haven't seen anyone else commenting on this yet - or not this exact problem anyway.

So has anyone else encountered this yet?
