    <title>Question GSP Help needed in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE</title>

    <description>&lt;P&gt;Further to my earlier thread, more information is as follows: -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am at my wits end! Unfortunatley, I think the case is now closed as far as Ebay Germany is concerned. I received an email from them informing me that they had opened a case against me but in the time&amp;nbsp; it took me to get hold of ebay here, they (ebay Germany) sent me another email informing me that the case had been found in favour of the buyer.&amp;nbsp; Strangely, dispite the fact that I had not spoken to them as yet, they made a point of telling me that they do not recognise english tracking services.&amp;nbsp; I called ebay UK again and told them this and the agent apologised and told me there had been a mistake at their end and that I would get my money back from GSP becuause they had issued the refund from my account.&amp;nbsp; She told me to wait until I heard from the Specialist Team that she had passed it onto.&amp;nbsp; I did not hear anything so called back and this time was told that I should not have been told that I would get a refund as the issue was between myslelf and ebay Germany.&amp;nbsp; This is erronious!&amp;nbsp; Responsibility for the item passed to the GSP as soon as their member of staff signed for it so why arent ebay Germany asking the GSP to explain themselves?&amp;nbsp; Can someone help me get through to the GSP team please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
