Hi

I recently bought some balloon weights for my son's birthday which was last Friday. I ordered them in time, but unfortunately received the wrong items onThursday, I asked for a refund as I had to go out and buy some more. Some lovely people on Ebay community suggested I open a SNAD case as the seller wasn't replying at the time, after sending a couple of messages and photographs. I opened the case and explained that I no longer needed them due to the party being over and the fact they sent the wrong order. Yesterday I received a message from the seller saying they had sent out the correct items and that they were sorry. I've emailed them again to say I don't want them anymore and would prefer a refund. The case is still open, but they've replied what do I do now? Thanks for any help.
