When I attempt to make payment from eBay (ie clicking "pay now log into PayPal account) it prompts "email &amp; password" or the option "phone number &amp; pin" . Neither works, despite them working if using desktop or PayPal app (without going through eBay app, to PayPal logon.<BR /><BR />I've contacted eBay - whom said it's a PayPal problem.<BR />I've contacted PayPal - whom rarely reply, but when they have, have stated its an eBay problem.<BR /><BR />Actually it's my problem because I can't fix it.<BR />Any ideas?
