Hi,

A fagile Clock destined for Spain and shipped by the Global shipping programme was damaged in transit because at the Derbyshire Centre they fixed thier label to the bottom of the strong cardboard. This meant that the clock was travelling upside down and received damage as a result.

I would like to advise them of this problem to avoid this happening again.

doug688

The information on GSP and damage is on the link which says you are not responsible for the damage once it reaches the hub

http://sellercentre.ebay.co.uk/using-global-shipping-programme#how

I dont know how it will go but when you package items you have to make sure they are earthquake proof and would not imagine that you could expect a parcel to travel all that way one way up.
