    <description>&lt;LI-SPOILER&gt;is there a correct channel through e-bay for unwarranted negative feedback - do not understand - no contact from buyer and checking her previous purchases all seemed to be o.k. when I re-read what she had written she is not saying the bag is dirty as it could not be as it was new but, that it 'looked dirty' the colour was dark beige - hardly a sparkling pristine type of colour - any help greatly appreciated - thank you &lt;/LI-SPOILER&gt;</description>
