This is incomvenient as the transaction has to be cancelled then the item has to be re-listed, basically starting from scratch again. This is further confusing when the listing clearly states 'collection only' ,which is the option given by ebay, the buyer then pays for the item and ebay then tells the seller 'item paid for. Please post.'
