I believe this is due to E bay letting us have "free" listing but pay a fee upon selling. People are making genuine bids but getting these cacelled. I sell items and pay the fee's It is time that e bay change their policy, charge for listings but knock the fee of the selling fee. This will make no difference to honest sellers but may prevent people taking advantage of E bay.
