anybody actually know how to contact ebay? cant phone, cant email, cant complain. just about had it with their stupid 'help' suggestions that offer inane boxes that dont relate to my problem and actually thinking of closing my account and leaving altogether.

it depends on your problem

if you have a problem with a purchase you need to use the Resolution Centre

if you have a problem with your account you need to use the Help & Contact link and drill down theough the options (there are several layers) until you reach the contact us option

or you can tell us what problem you need help with and someone here should be able to help you
