    <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased some espadrilles, they came, really pleased &amp;nbsp;with them. Wore them and the next day I noticed the stitching was coming off on one sandal so I contacted seller, offered a 50% refund which at the time I accepted, didn't hear anything else, later on I noticed the stitching had come away from other one. I asked for a full refund this time. Seller asked for my PayPal address now they are not answering any of my questions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you haven't opened a return case do that now via More Actions on the far right of your order in Purchase History.&amp;nbsp; Then escalate it after 3 business days.&amp;nbsp; If the seller is in the UK ebay will require them to issue a paid-for postage label for you to print and use.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
