      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check the tracking and if it doesn't show delivered accept the buyer's "not received" case (ask them to open one if they haven't done that yet) and a refund will be issued.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; You can claim from RM for yourself.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They open a Not Received case and you refund through the case.&amp;nbsp; If you have a Proof of Posting then you can use that to make a claim on Royal Mail for loss.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On every listing top right, ebay put the MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. Both you and the buyer should read it as this sort of question is already answered on EVERY listing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
