Why am I being asked to give my bank account details to eBay when I've always used PayPal and remain happy with it. I'm reluctant to give details to another company, one is enough

ebay are cutting all ties with paypal

sellers are being moved over to managed payments,

Because under eBay's new managed payments scheme buyers pay eBay direct, and eBay passes on the payment, less their fees, direct to the seller's bank account.

Those are the new terms and conditions if you wish to continue to sell here.
