Question Buyer returned item and damaged it. in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

I sold a mobile phone working fine as it was brand new and I tested the WiFi before I sent it. The buyer has changed the software on the phone and now returned it back to me by opening a case saying item is faulty. I know the software has been changed because there is a funky background and the keyboard is different to that of Samsung's original software. Any advice please how I don't let this buyer get away from this mischievous act.
