We don't want to just returned the mattress we want change it for the right size and right thickness of 12" inches. And I forgot to mention that the order form also printed on the size and the thickness of the mattress as 12" inches and highlight by highlighters clearly, even then been delivered the wrong sized why....?

You are on the Community Boards here, there are No EBay Staff. However you do need to Return the Mattress to close down the Sale before ordering another one. Use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and open a Returns Case in the Resolution Centre for Item Not As Described. The Seller will have to Pay and Arrange a Courier Collection. If he doesn't comply just Escalate the Case after 4 days for Ebay to Step in.

Community I have been with ebay for very long time since sometimes if there is any miner hickup I can deal with it,
on this occasion Sleep-Kings the Seller been deliberately have given wrongful information from very beginning about the Mattress,
if you chick my emails to Sleep-Kings on so-many occasions I asked only one thing the size and thickness of the Mattress he “YES IT IS”
and it is not soon as we received Mattress we new is wrong thickness we immediately asked Sleep-Kings about it and we pay spicily for
12” inch thick Mattress and they deliberately send us just 10” inch thick Mattress and charge us price for 12” inch thick Mattress,
and ever since just keep on replying and saying that you have to give few more days it’s going to expend and it doesn’t and just been
desitful about it,
we want to change the mattress to 12” inch thick, and they have responsibility to delivered 12’ inch thick and collect the one we have
at the same time and they must do that APAS becuse we been deceived by Sleep-Kings just too many times since.

As you have been told, this is community board, no ebay staff here so we can't see your messages to seller. You need to return mattress for refund & then buy again.
