    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently bought an engine. The engine came 4 weeks later. parts missing things taken off it. I started a return case but then cance3lled the return so the mechanic could look at it first. Turns out the engine is knackard but I can't find out how to re open the returns case?&amp;nbsp; The seller also says I have to pay the postage is this right? Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You only get one chance to open a case on eBay.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You cannot re-open a closed case.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Now that the case on eBay has closed you should still be able to open a similar case on PayPal if you paid through them.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/home" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/home&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On PayPal, to return an item you pay the return postage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You must use tracked postage to prove that you have sent the item back.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Add the tracking to the case if it is not added automatically.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Escalate the case to PayPal as soon as you can and before day 20 of opening the case for a full refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
