      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="5"&gt;It is pointless contacting the seller.&amp;nbsp; Go to the resolution centre [link below] and open a "not as described case". This notifies the seller and eBay.&amp;nbsp; The seller will send you a label to return and when you do so will refund in full. If he does not send the label [through the case] then escalate the case to eBay. It's all basically automated.&amp;nbsp; Do not get into any arguments with seller.&amp;nbsp; Just ignore him and use the case&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Thats what i thought i needed to do but when i go into the resolution centre and help for buyers it does'nt give me an option to open a case for "not as described"</description>
