Question I'm at a dead end in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

I bought an item from a company for £12.99 (not a lot of money I know) and I had an issue with the adhesive layer it came with so they said they would send me a replacement. A month goes by and I remember that they had said they were sending it. I contact them and they said don't worry just wait, it's coming. I realise it's not because it was dispatched from the UK. I left negative feedback and they clearly got frustrated by this and said they would give me a full refund if I change from negative to positive feedback. I changed my feedback as requested as I wanted my money back and they wouldn't refund. Pretended nothing had been said about it. I opened a PayPal case, final resolution was that I return the item (at my expense) to them even though I no longer have it because I believed I was recieving a refund. I got played and I have no way of seeking reprisal and no way to contact ebay about this issue. eBay seller is ebuyergate

Yes you were played big time. What a terrible Seller. Next time you want to Return an Item. Just go straight to Ebay and open a Case for Item Not As Described. Ignore whatever the Seller promises. It won't happen. A UK Seller has to generate a Returns Label. If they don't you can Escalate the Case after 4 days for Ebay to Step in. They will Force the Refund.

You can Report your Nightmare Seller to Trading Standards as he is a Registered Business Seller and should be accepting Returns for Faulty Goods.
