Ebay Refund Fraud or Calculation Error

Hello All,

Last couple of time, I can see some kind of fraud by ebay.

when we satrt refund for UK based seller, ebay only give the option to print the return label which is more costly than the item cost. In the FAQ section ebay mentioned that return postage cost will not be calculated if the item cost is less then the postage cost. But I have seen that ebay is still calcualting higher return cost than the item cost.
