DIDNT RECIEVE ITEM BEEN FRAUDED.

So I bought a jacket been waiting over a week for it, when said would come after 2 days. After realising the tracking wasn't valid, I checked the sellers reviews and everyone of them said they haven't received there item and the tracking wasn't valid. How can I get my money back??

Find the item in your Purchase History and to the right select More Actions>I didn't receive this to open a case with eBay,escalate after 3 days if no response from seller.
