still no refund and no way of contacting ebay via contact us and get a call back in minutes. it will not let me advance the case i opened seller told me it wall take 72hrs to get refund via paypal past that now..looks like he has closed his shop where do i go now

Refunds go back to original payment source and are not instant.

Paying with Paypal funds, it goes back to your Paypal account fairly swiftly.

Debit card payment? Back to your bank account within 12 days.

Credit card payment? Can take up to 30 days to appear in that card account.

yes but the guy has stopped using ebay and still not got my refund which he said he done
when i go to escalate the case i can’t as the screen will not go any further and now ebay has stopped
the part where you ask for them to call you so how do i get intouch with ebay about a refund
